We are so committed to client satisfaction that we are the FIRST and ONLY AGENCY to offer a *THREE MONTH GUARANTEE. During this period we will provide a free replacement.

As the majority of our business is through recommendation, we aim to supply you with staff carefully matched to your individual requirements. We understand the diversity of family life and its requirements and are happy to provide the following childcare staff:

  • Qualified Nannies
  • Childminders
  • Family Helpers
  • Maternity Nurses
*Three month guarantee applies where applicable fees have been paid on time and applies to long term engagements only

Qualified Nannies.

A nanny should be responsible, self sufficient and have the ability to show love and affection to children. A nanny’s responsibilities are predominantly the safety and well-being of your children whilst in their care. Providing a structured loving environment for them to grow and learn, to both inspire and encourage your child's development. A nanny’s duties will include:

  • Promoting the children’s health.
  • Preparing well balanced meals.
  • Taking the children to pre-school, school or after school activities.
  • Looking after the children's laundry & ironing.
  • Looking after the children's bedrooms and play areas.
  • Encouraging the child's development both physically and emotionally.
  • The stimulation of the child in play.

Your nanny will provide security and peace of mind for you knowing your children are being competently cared for in your absence. Nanny wages will depend on qualifications, their level of experience and how highly their previous employers recommend them.

An average guide would be €550-€600 gross per week. Although nannies are flexible general domestic duties will not be part of their job.

Maternity Nurses

Enjoy the first weeks of your baby's life with the support of an experienced maternity nurse. Maternity nurses will focus on the well being of both mother and child and are there for both of their emotional and physical support.

Maternity nurses are paid hourly and can be paid between €16-€20 per hour.

Not qualified but with a minimum of 2 years childcare experience and excellent references from previous employers, childminders can be the answer to many families' requirements. Childminders will undertake more housekeeping duties than a qualified nanny and are available to work a range of hours to suit your needs such as full time or part time hours, mornings or afternoons.

We are also happy to provide childminders that will care for your children 2, 3 or 4 days per week. Childminders can be paid hourly at an average rate of €13-15 per hour or weekly from €550 p/w.

Family helpers

Family helpers offer that extra pair of hands you require. Assisting with the children and performing household duties such as hoovering, light housework and cooking.

Family helpers can earn on average €12 per hour and full time live in candidates can earn from €500 net per week.
