Nanny - Goatstown - 3 Days per week (30 hours) - Driver Required

Job Description

We are looking for a kind, caring, experienced, qualified and professional Nanny to look after two children:

• Baby girl aged seven months.
• Fourteen year old boy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally at least three years experience as a Nanny with at least two full years with the same family.
• Excellent references from each position held.
• Fluent English.
• A full, clean driving licence.
• A minimum level 6 QQI/FETAC Childcare Qualification would be ideal.
• Up-to-date Paediatric First Aid would be preferred.
• Baby and toddler experience desirable.

DUTIES:

• Three full days per week (to be decided) - 8am to 6pm/7pm.
• Providing an adult presence in the house when the fourteen year old returns from school and his after-curricular activities.
• Feeding, changing, and putting the baby down for naps.
• Engaging in age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities with the baby.
• Providing a safe, clean, happy and nurturing environment for the baby.
• Changing nappies, sterilising bottles and maintaining consistent daily routines for structure and development.
• Child related housekeeping duties including laundry, ironing, tidying up play areas, etc.

Approx. salary and benefits:

• Excellent Terms and Conditions.
• €20 to €25 gross per hour.
• Reimbursement of motor expenses.
