LIVE-IN COUPLE POSITION – Midlands, Ireland – TOP SALARY

Job Description

We are looking for a professional, experienced live-in couple to manage an estate in the midlands comprising an 8-bedroom family home, guest cottage, swimming pool, tennis court, formal gardens and woodland.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally three years’ similar experience as a live-in couple with the same employer.
• Excellent References from each position held.
• Fluent English.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Ideally a trade qualification.
• Ideally a culinary qualification.
• A love of dogs.

DUTIES:

GROUNDSPERSON

• Responsible for the maintenance of the buildings, gardens and grounds.
• Liaising with contractors.
• Maintenance duties including plumbing, DIY, servicing machinery, repairs, etc.
• Pool and tennis court maintenance.
• Occasional Driving.
• Security.
• Driveway maintenance.

HOUSEKEEPER/COOK

• General Housekeeping duties to the highest standards.
• Laundry and ironing.
• Care of antiques and fabrics.
• Preparing breakfast, a light lunch and a 2-course dinner.
• Catering for up to twenty people.
• Managing household budgets and accounts.
• Packing and unpacking.
• Shopping and running errands.
• Dog care.
